1. Where is my package?
After you place your order, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. From the moment of processing, the delivery time is 5–9 business days. With your tracking number (Track & Trace), you can check the status and location of your order at any time.
2. Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email. Please also check your spam folder – our emails can end up there.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number you received by email. If you have not received it, please feel free to contact us anytime at info@cecilelavelle.com.
4. I am not satisfied with my package – what should I do?
Contact us and describe your concern. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
