All orders received before midnight (00:00 GMT+1) will be processed within 1–3 business days. No processing or shipping occurs on weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed. If there are longer delays, we will inform you by email or phone.

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, in addition to processing time. If you have not received your order after this time, please wait another 5 days.
If your order still has not arrived after that or unforeseen circumstances occur, please contact us – we will keep you updated.
Refund
If a product is unavailable or you have registered a return, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the originally used payment method.
