This policy applies to customers from Germany and Austria.
Order processing
All orders placed before midnight (00:00 GMT +1) will be processed within 1–3 business days.
No processing or shipping takes place on weekends and public holidays.
If delays occur, we will inform you by email.
Shipping areas and shipping costs
Shipping is only available to Germany and Austria.
Delivery of your original order is free – no shipping fees apply.
Shipping is carried out by reliable, verified shipping partners (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, Austrian Post, GLS Austria).
Shipping confirmation & tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking is usually activated within 24 hours.
Delivery time
Our shipping times consist of two phases:
1. Processing time: 1–3 business days
2. Shipping time: 5–9 business days
Total duration: 6–12 business days
During seasonal peak times, customs inspections, or due to external circumstances, delays may occasionally occur.
Product not received
If you have not received your order within the delivery time stated above, please wait up to 5 additional business days, as delays with the shipping provider may occasionally occur.
If the delivery still has not arrived, please contact us by email at info@cecilelavelle.com.
Our team checks the shipping status and initiates a refund or replacement if necessary.
Returns & Shipping
You can return products within 30 days of receipt according to our return conditions.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Please always use a shipping method with Track & Trace, as returns without tracking cannot be refunded in case of loss.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The amount may vary depending on weight, shipping provider, and country of origin.
Shipping costs are usually around 25 EUR, depending on the chosen shipping service.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds will be made in Euro (EUR).
