Our failure to assert or enforce rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

These Terms of Use are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany and are to be interpreted accordingly, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations in Austria (e.g., § 1 KSchG, § 11 FAGG) oppose this.

In case of disputes, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of Austrian law apply, in particular the FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act) and the KSchG (Consumer Protection Act).
The application of the UN Sales Convention (CISG) and conflict of law rules (IPR) is excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – our business location.
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the court of residence according to Art. 18 para. 2 Brussels I Regulation.

Section 20 – Out of Stock
If an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately by email or phone. You then have the following options:

The voucher is valid indefinitely and can be used for any available product on our website.

We strive to keep our stock information up to date. If a product is not available at the time of order, we are obliged to inform you and, if necessary, to process a cancellation.
Section 21 – Hygiene Products
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, certain products are excluded from exchange and return if their original packaging has been opened or the seal has been removed (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB / § 18 para. 1 no. 5 FAGG).

If an offer is time-limited or subject to special conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer itself – according to the information obligations under § 5a UWG (DE) and § 5 ECG (AT).

Product images are for illustration purposes. Variations in color, size, or details are possible and do not constitute a defect, provided they are customary and reasonable (§ 434 BGB new version).
Obvious spelling, printing, or calculation errors in the offer are not binding. We are not liable for incorrect information unless there is gross negligence or intent.
Section 23 – The Price
All prices shown are final prices in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT as well as all other price components – according to § 1 para. 1 Price Indication Regulation (PAngV).
During the validity period stated in the offer, prices will not increased, except as legally required (e.g., VAT changes).
Price increases are only permitted if:

In case of pricing errors (e.g., due to typos), we reserve the right to cancel orders. We will inform you immediately in such cases and refund any payments already made.
