This return policy applies to customers from Germany and Austria and describes the conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of orders.
Return Period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be in original condition, with all original labels and tags attached, in the original packaging, and show no signs of use.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if products arrive used, damaged, or incomplete.
How to Return Properly
To process your return quickly and securely, please follow these steps:

– the reason for return (optional)
– a brief note specifying which items you want to return -
Prepare Item
Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
Make sure all labels and tags are still attached.
Include the order confirmation or a note with your order number. -
Shipping with Tracking
Please send the package insured and with tracking (Track & Trace).
Please keep the shipping proof until the refund is completed. -

Returns without tracking cannot be refunded in case of loss.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The amount may vary depending on weight, carrier, and country of origin.
Costs are usually about 25 EUR, depending on the chosen shipping service.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Refunds are made within 5 business days after receipt of the return via the original payment method in Euro (EUR).
If you have received the wrong item or size, please contact our customer service – we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Cancellation before shipping
Free cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.
Please contact us as soon as possible by email.
Important: Once your order is being processed, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
However, after receiving the goods, you can exercise your 30-day right of return.
Items excluded from the right of return
Excluded from the right of return are:
