This return policy applies to customers from Germany and Austria and describes the conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
Return period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached, in the original packaging, and show no signs of use.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if products arrive used, damaged, or incomplete.
How to return correctly
To process your return quickly and securely, please follow these steps:

– your order number
– the reason for the return (optional)
– a brief note specifying which items you want to return -
Prepare the item
Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
Make sure all labels and tags are still attached.
Include the order confirmation or a note with your order number. -
Shipping with tracking
Please send the package insured and with tracking (Track & Trace).
Keep the shipping proof safe until the refund is completed. -

Returns without tracking cannot be refunded in case of loss.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The amount may vary depending on weight, shipping provider, and country of origin.
Shipping costs are usually around 25 EUR, depending on the chosen shipping service.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the return via the original payment method in Euros (EUR).
If you received the wrong item or size, please contact our customer service – we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Cancellation before shipping
A free cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.
Please contact us as soon as possible by email.
Important: Once your order is being processed, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
However, after receiving the goods, you can exercise your 30-day return right.
Items excluded from the right of return
The following are excluded from the right of return:
– Items with opened or removed hygiene seals
– Worn, soiled, or damaged goods
– Custom-made or personalized products
