30-day return guarantee
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.

The items must:

• be in original condition

• carry all original labels and tags

• be in the original packaging

• show no signs of use

Returns that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products arrive damaged or used.

Important note on returns:
Make sure your return package is always labeled with a track-&-trace code. Returns without tracking will not be refunded in case of loss.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Refund:
As soon as we receive and check your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made within 5 working days to the originally used payment method in Euro (EUR).

Order cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing the order. After that, the processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
If you cancel within the deadline, please contact us immediately by email.

Received wrong item or size?
If you received the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge.

Return form:
The return form is available on our website or upon request by email.
