Refund Policy
Reimbursement:
If a refund occurs because the product is out of stock or you have made a return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method you chose within 5 business days – in Euro (EUR).
Product not received:
The estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, plus processing time. Orders placed before 00:00 GMT+1 will be processed within 1–3 business days.
If you have not received your order within this period, please wait another 5 days. If you still have not received delivery after that, please contact us – we will of course keep you informed.
We deliver to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
We place great value on your satisfaction. If you have any questions or comments, we are happy to assist you.
Damaged or incorrect product:
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods.
We will send you a replacement product free of charge or refund the full amount including shipping costs.
Order cancellation:
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After this period, your order will be forwarded directly to our logistics department for processing – after that, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you made a mistake with the order or delivery address, please contact us immediately – we are happy to assist you.
