Order processing
All orders received before midnight (00:00 GMT+1) will be processed within 1-3 working days. There is no processing or shipping on weekends and holidays.
Processing may be delayed if there is an increased volume of orders. Should there be longer delays, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This is usually activated within 24 hours.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 5-9 working days, in addition to the processing time. If you have not received your order after this time, please wait another 5 days.
Should your order still not have arrived after this time or should unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us - we will keep you informed.
Refund
If a product is not available or you have registered a return, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 5 working days.
