Reimbursement policy
Refund:
If there is a refund because the product is not in stock or you have made a return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days to the means of payment you have chosen - in euros (EUR).
Product not received:
Estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days, plus processing time. Orders placed before 00:00 GMT+1 will be processed within 1-3 working days.
If you have not received your order within this period, please wait another 5 days. If you still have not received your order, please contact us - we will of course keep you informed.
We deliver to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
We attach great importance to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Damaged or incorrect product:
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods.
We will send you a replacement product free of charge or refund you the full amount including shipping costs.
Cancellation of order:
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. Once this period has expired, your order will be forwarded directly to our logistics department for processing - after this time, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you have made a mistake with your order or delivery address, please contact us immediately - we will be happy to help you.
