1. where is my parcel?
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed within 1-3 working days. From the moment of processing, the delivery time is 5-9 working days. With your tracking number (Track & Trace) you can check the status and location of your order at any time.
2. where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email. Please also check your spam folder - our emails may end up there.
3. how can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email. If you have not received this, please contact us at any time at info@cecilelavelle.com.
4. i am not satisfied with my parcel - what should i do?
Contact us and tell us about your concerns. We will help you as quickly as possible.
