30-day return guarantee
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.

The articles must:

• are in their original condition

• carry all original labels and tags

• be in the original packaging

• show no signs of use

Unfortunately, returns that do not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products arrive damaged or used.

Important note on returns:
Make sure that your return package is always provided with a track & trace code. Returns without tracking will not be refunded in the event of loss.
The customer bears the return costs.

Refund:
As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made within 5 working days to the original means of payment in euros (EUR).

Cancellation of orders:
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this time, the processing procedure will begin and it will no longer be possible to cancel your order.
If you cancel within this period, please contact us immediately by e-mail.

Incorrect item or size received?
If you have received an incorrect item or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge.

The return form is available on our website or by request by e-mail.
